Hi my submission status changed on November 8 to "We've received your application withdrawal and wish you well." Then, I got an offer over email for float pool on November 9 for Holy Cross. I got a call from an Offer Coordinator earlier today to discuss the details of the new grad position. Sending the rest of you lots of good juju!

I checked my application today and it says "Interview Step - Scheduled" but I already completed the interview for Holy Cross earlier this week.

Does anyone have a pdf copy of any of the required textbooks? I scanned my Calculate with Confidence textbook but it took me forever to finish and I really don't want to do the other textbooks. Hey everyone, I was wondering if any of you know if the nursing department is only able to accept the immunization records as a yellow card document (i've attached an example in this message)? I was trying to get an updated immunization record from Facey but they are only able to give me an immunization summary instead of the yellow card document.

For those that have been admitted into COC's program, have any of you applied and been accepted to CSUDH's collaborative program that starts this June? If so, what is the class schedule and how much did you have to pay in total? I was thinking of applying since the deadline for the application isn't until May 25th, but I don't know if I can afford it right now.

I called Valley last Thursday and they said that they would contact us during June or July for our TEAS score so I guess they're still looking at all of the applications.

I just called Pierce a couple of minutes ago and they said that they sent out all the acceptance letters so if you didn't get one then you were most likely rejected. I also asked when they would send out the rejection letters and they said it would be next week. I didn't bother to ask them to look if my name was on the acceptance list just to be sure but if any of you wanna make sure that you were rejected then you should try to give them a call.

Have any of you heard from LAVC about sending our TEAS scores or any kind of messages from them about the application?

I don't know if we've all been getting information from the same person but I when I go into the nursing department to ask questions or call the 719 number it is always the same woman and I've neither seen nor talked to anyone else from the nursing department. I know I didn't describe her well but if the rest of you know who I'm talking about and can confirm that you've been getting info from this same woman, then I think at this point it is safe to say that she's probably not a reliable source. I don't mean to throw any shade at her and I wanna believe that she's been given conflicting info as well which is why we keep getting different answers, but I think it's best that we try contacting someone else from the nursing department. I know that there is a counselor that works very closely with the nursing department and they also have the contact info of the Chair of the nursing department on the webpage so I'm going to contact one of them tomorrow.

Yeah, what's up with that. Also, I called Pierce this morning to see if they could tell me the status of my application like what I did for LACC and the lady said that they were sending out emails "by the end of this week so you should receive it by this weekend or by Monday." Maybe I heard that last part wrong but a user in another thread said that they were told today that emails would be sent out sometime next week. Honestly, I'm kinda tired of hearing conflicting info from Pierce's nursing depart about when we'll receive the emails.

I applied to both County and LACC for the fall 2019 semester. Honestly, I would pick County because I've heard that you get the best clinical experience from them and their NCLEX passing rates on the BRN website is higher than LACC's passing rate.

I asked my friend who applied to their program for fall 2018 and she received a letter from them on July 3rd regarding her admissions. She did say that they may have sent out the acceptance letters sooner than that date because she got a rejection letter.
