    I think what they mean is that we will definitely hear a decision from them by may 1st at the latest!! We should be hearing from them sooner, and if I'm wrong please feel free to correct

    I'm not 100% sure but I think the main reason behind that is Towson's program is much smaller so they tend to be more selective even though UMD's program is ranked
