    You would need to apply in the fall. Technically, you could submit an application. But there is nearly no chance it will get selected with incomplete classes. That is what I had to do. So I waited and...

    No you don’t have to have it done. Depending on how you place they will invite you to take the teas. I did mine prior to but I know plenty who did it
