   If I were you, I would sit down with management and ask them for pointers on how to improve myself. If they say that you aren’t ready, then ask them to mentor you into that position if charge nurses is really what you want down the road.

   Hey! My friend had her interview and completed the reference. She just got the job 4 months after she completed everything. They are extremely backed up with offer letters from what I heard. Unfortunately it's a waiting game.
