I'm going to be real with you: if your program is anything like mine was, you cannot continue to work that schedule through nursing school. (Just want to get that out of the way. I don't know your financial situation, but you have to do whatever works for you and still take care of your physical/mental well-being!)
Personally, I can't flip between nights/days, but I know plenty of unicorns that can. For night shifts: hydrate, pack a healthy lunch, and don't eat whatever tempting goodies pop up in the breakroom. Coffee helps, but it can also disturb your sleep. Squeeze in some cardio when you can. I can't sleep during the day without my sleep mask, blackout shades, and box fan.
I hope this works out for you, but please listen to your body. Nursing school is a whole other beast!
