   Physical mail. I received it today, so it took about two weeks since I got accepted to the program. However, when I follow the steps to book a fingerprint appointment, they told me according to their system I'm not eligible yet to schedule it.

   Yes. I got a mail from them(Texas Board of Nursing). It has a code , and a link to schedule a fingerprint appointment.
