   So happy some good new is still coming. Trying to remain encouraged, 3rd application, finalist 2 times and HPSA score of 20 but no countersignature. God is still Good!

   I have seen the question "Has anyone ever received the status award accepted awaiting final review and not received an award?" I have had that status since 7/9/2018. Just seeking any insight from someone who has had this experience.
