Just for clarification, does everyone's status say "under consideration"? Mine has had that status since I submitted it. Some of these systems don't say that until the apps have been reviewed but you never know haha

hmm. I still have the withdraw button on ones that say "no longer under consideration" as well. Not sure with UCI if that rule applies ?

Yes! The CHOC in orange did not hire. She said they were just trying to make the new grad program a but more specific to NICU. Which is good for us!

They actually didn't hire at all last round! My friend works on the unit and said they were revamping the program so they didn't take anyone. Fingers crossed for us all!
