   How do we submit the Consent Based SSN Verification Service form from the LD35s order? It lets you download the file, but I don't see a place to submit it....... NM I see now.

   I applied to the ADN for the fall start l, but I didn't make it :( LVN I was going to use for a back up. I had a much better score when I applied ( 7.55)
