  1. Take 5 minutes to yourself! Whether it be at home in bed, or at work in the break room. Find a quiet place and just clear your mind! Realize that no day will ever be perfect and no nurse is ever perfect. 




    Fill your mind with things that make you happy, you’ll realize that your mood has changed for the better! Hoping you have a great day!
