Ladygal, Yes I did feel the same way as you did but I graduated from an ADN program.....My best part of nursing school was clinicals .....I had no problem with clinicals and the reason for that was because I am a LPN and I work in a hospital setting ...

I never really understood pain management until I worked on the oncology unit....plus studying for my Boards I see that pain must be addressed as an objective issue if the patient say they are in pain then it is our responsibility as a nurse to follo...

The facility where I worked Dietary prepared the formulas and sent them to the units and the ones that were canned well the night nurse made the formula for the day and stored it in the fridge for use for all the shifts......dont know if that helps b...
