   @cdelao9 and @MackenzieRae, My manager got back to me just now. She said that those requirements aren't due until 6 months in, and they are scheduled for us. She said she's going to follow up with HR about the email, but not to worry about it....

   You are correct, the increase in July. IDK what unit you're on, but I have a long immersion, so the dates line up a bit more, also there are multiple kinds of differentials. And yes, I belive it's a standard 3 day schedule after immersion.
