    Really? Sorry about that then...I've only run into NYSNA nurses in the city, and when I was in 1199 many years ago I never heard any mention of RN's. My apologies!

    I believe that 1199 in NY only supports staff up to LPN's, and NYSNA only supports RN's.

    I do not think there is a waiting list for Holy Name. Check out their web site and compare the courses they require to the courses you have already completed. Good luck, espikey

    Try Holy Name Hospital, they have a full time LPN program that begins every September. It seems to be very well respected by the local hospitals and agencies. Hope this helps,
