   The starting hourly is $25 an hour. The pay increase depends but you don't get a pay increase until after 1 year and then you can do competencies to raise your hourly

   You are correct- TCU (mostly) and UTA both interview for the open THR positions in january and are offered the open jobs the beginning of february. Whatever is still open is then opened in February on the main THR website. I think they are just tryin...
