   There have been false negatives on occasion but they are very rare. I think you most likely failed. But whether or not you did it too early, I'm not sure. I'm 95% sure though. But don't beat yourself...

   If you put your credit card in and submitted all the way to the end and got the "our records indicate you are already signed up to this exam..." then you passed for sure.
