    I Just called them, they said the letter has not been mailed out yet, probably will be mailed out next week. and she told me the decision can not be told thru the phone, because it against the law....

    i saw previous thread, someone commented that the major will be changed in cuny portal 3 days earlier than send the actual letter out. just keep checking on CUNY
