    i think some units do multiple interviews and some don't( like I know NICU did multiple interviews)! and yeah that is kind of weird! but maybe they did it by alphabet? or randomly pulled names or...

    @Astros221 YES! Monday and I interviewed with 2 others applicants and by 2 ladies(educator and manager i believe)
