I hear you. I was thinking more along the lines of agencies that are more accommodating to nurses without recent experience in the US. I'm hearing a lot aren't.

Aha gotcha. Got both staff and travel nurse experience in the US. Been a while though since i've worked in the US, hence no recent "US" experience - but i've been active overseas. Any point in the right direction as to which agencies to check out?

When applying for an RN job, do they ask you to provide them with an employment certificate or experience letter (or anything as such) from your previous employer?

So how do they know that you've worked at X for Y amount of time? They just take your word for it?
