If I remember correctly, you wont be able to see the payment authorization worksheet until after you accept. Your portal will change and you'll have access to you contract, welcome letter, payment authorization worksheet, etc. then you can see.

I think I saw the counter signature Monday and got the email Tuesday. When I spoke to the representative I asked if this has happened to anyone else and they said yes.

If you don't receive the welcome packet in the next 2-3 days, you can call the call line. Tell them you see a countersignature but have not received any further news. Same thing happened to me.
