Also to not get confused, the second email (acceptance, waitlist, rejection) will come a few weeks after the "preliminary statistics" email. For example, Spring 2018 students got this 2nd email on November 27.

I'm alternate #36, having a total of 82 points. Not to sound repetitive, but I'm still so shocked and sad that with this amount of points, I wasn't accepted right away. I would have been accepted right away if I applied to any other semester!
