I had an interview with CTCU mid June, and already received notification that they have moved forward with other candidates.

No word from PICU for me. I'm assuming they reached out to all the chosen ones already since @krazy2extreme got offer already (congrats btw!). I was told the 27th was the last interview and we would get notice from HR by the 30th. I even emailed PICU...

any more word from CTCU? I still haven't heard back, and at this point I think I'm out of luck.

When did you graduate/submit your paperwork? I submitted paper work April, graduated mid May and got my ATT 2-3 weeks after.

It would make most sense to me that they would notify all chosen ones at the same time, and would decide on everyone before even starting to give offers. Unless they're notifying as they're selecting and haven't chosen everyone yet. Either way, finge...

Unfortuntaely, everytime I've asked if its possible to get a skype interivew they've said no, especially since its a new grad residency. i've even gotten sassy replies like "this is a very competitive position, you're lucky to even get an interview" ...

do you know if they are pretty much done calling people for interviews at this point?

I just go to the career search page, type in new grad, select nursing jobs, and on the right hand side, theres a column saying available specialties. if there is a unit accepting new grad, there will be a category titled new grad, if not, then nothin...

Just wondering where on the application everyone put their unit of choice? I don't recall seeing any selection options or directions so I was very general in my cover letter, pretty much just stating i was interested in anything in pediatrics.

I constantly had to work in order to keep myself busy and have a full schedule, as that is what I like. I consider myself a good student in the sense that I get good grades, but I never studied a whole ton. I guess because of that, I had the time to ...

I applied to pediatrics as well and I still haven't heard anything. My application status changed on 5/09 as a "new application" and has been there since. Still hopeful as there is still time according to their timeline!
