  1. Chapel is only required in the traditional BSN program I believe. (I'm in the ABSN program) Everything else you said is very true though.
  2. Hi!I am currently enrolled in the ABSN program. I'm just finishing mod one. I think the teachers are fantastic so far. They are all practicing nurses themselves, so I enjoy hearing their individual perspectives on nursing and stories from their nursing career.
  3. I doubt it. I'm a CNA in nursing school right now. I'm looking forward to be able to focus on the medical things instead of the bed baths, etc. That's the thing I hate most about being a CNA. I didn't even get to take BPs.
  4. Hey Sarah, I just started an ABSN program and I know what you mean. For this program I needed chemistry and a&p. Other ones I looked at needed things like microbiology, patho, etc. I don't know of any shortcuts to find out which program has which prerequisites besides looking individually at each school. You can probably get a list of ABSN programs and narrow it down from there. Good luck! Every school is a little different
