I will be so happy to get it down to 20. We have a lot of new students coming in for the fall so I'm a little worried. I haven't even begun to tackle the administrative stuff yet I'm thinking of shadowing a school that is well established.

Wow! That's quite the system you have and I'm happy to read that you have administration 110% backing you up. This hasn't been the case where I am but I'm striving for that because they will otherwise keep going through nurses.
