   I appreciate your input. Regardless of the circumstances I know legally im at fault so while this just happend. I WANT to prepare myself. It's not something (obviously) that I've ever done before. We all make mistakes. I'm willing to own up to it.

   I recently walked off a job for several reasons... To start with Ive been in Healthcare for 14 years and have never had this situation occur: i got my assignment after punching in...a patients family memeber was a huge pain. Id had a target on my bac...
