Ugh. Sounds like a Psych assignment to me. You need to break all those terms down into simple English. Here's how I might translate it:

Tell us about what obstacles you face when building therapeutic relationships with your patients. Describe some of the things that management could do or has done at your job or in your clinical setting to help build better nurse/patient interactions. Are these actions effective? Which theory are you using to analyze these interactions?
