Problems with other nurse

I haven't been on in a while. Sorry, to say in the midst of COVID-19 my main issue is with another coworker nurse in the same school in a different office at another end of the building. I have had many many probs before with her always thinking she got more work than me or more phone calls than me and etc. The rooms are halved up. She took off a 1/2 day last week and we have about 15 sped kids in the building. So Friday, we had an outage with phones and internet around 11 a.m. The principal lets teachers go home to work remotely. He said all others come and ask him. So since she was off Tues. I ran down there and he let me go home. I got so excited I passed her office. Ate, packed, and left. Called the boss on my cell outside the building and told her I was leaving. Called her phone no answer. I come to work Monday and she is writing the principal and me and my boss multiple emails at 8:00 about Friday. She is upset that she used her PTO time and I didn't. She won't let it go. So I call my boss and tell her what's going on because she spoke to her Friday about me leaving. She says go talk to her. I go there and she says I raised my voice and slams her door in my face. So she writes another email saying something of the effect that it's a safety issue of the kids and that I yelled at her and others heard me, to principal and my boss. I have never seen anything like her ever. So I am requesting a meeting vs the emails. My boss says she has no solution and I don't either because I can't see her changing. I heard before I came to the HS that 2 other RNs left because of her.  I just don't like that I can't trust her even more now. So COVID is not my stress but this other evil nurse.

Her PTO has nothing to do with you, and your time off and how that's handled has nothing to do with her. Tell her to take it up with her boss or HR. I would not discuss it with her at all.

I agree - she should not be concerned about your PTO or you getting released due to emergency.  She can bring it up with your business admin or HR, but I'd imagine nothing would change.  She sounds like a very toxic person.  You may have to co-exist, but that doesn't mean that she gets to dictate how you work.

Well...at least we're self aware whack jobs. LOL

Yes, it's now trying to out-compete pretty much everything I do. I'm hoping she finds promotion somewhere else.
