Private Duty Psych Nurses?

Do any private duty nurse jobs exist for patients who are medically stable but have psych symptoms that must be addressed?

I haven't heard of any.

There are visiting psych nurses, but they don't stay with the patient for long periods of time.

I've heard of some v. wealthy families that privately hire a nurse to basically "babysit" a mentally ill family member ... But I don't think those jobs get generally advertised.

I haven't heard of any and the wealthy families I have known who hired help used techs or aids.

What would a private duty nurse do for these patients? Insurance will only pay for private duty nursing if there are at least 2 continuous hours of skilled nursing needed.
