Has anyone ever worked for this agency? They were saying they had a new hospital new grad program that they are launching.. Im currently binded to a contract but willing to negotiate the terms or even take on the hefty $10000 penalty for it if I get the position . However I want to get some feedback from fellow nurses who possibly have had experiences with them how are they?

Please clarify. Is Prime a staffing agency that hires new grads? What does this new grad program entail?
So the way it works is they send twenty RNs there to do the new grad program in which we are technically working for prime staffing agency (our payroll is paid by them) in the hospital at a rate of $15/hr. THEN after that we continue to work for them for 9 months at new grad rate (not sure how much) and after that get hired by the hospital permanently at their rate

This sounds like a scam. Straight up. Why would a hospital pay more money to a staffing agency to recruit new grads for them for a "program" when they have new grad nurses pounding down their doors for jobs?

Agency has 1 star online ratings from actual nurses.
I seriously doubt ANY NY/NJ hospital would use a low grade staffing agency to pay half wages to staff critical units like LDRP. If it's a union hospital I can guarantee this is not legitimate
Call the nurse recruiters for the alleged participating hospital(s) to check if it's s real offer.
