So, I'm wondering if anyone has had some experience with this... Up until this point in time, I have taken all of my prerequisites at a 4-year college (the same school that I graduated from previously). This was mainly because my original plan was PA school, and I was told by several schools that it looks better to have taken the prereqs from a more "rigorous" university. However, I have not heard that this is the case for nursing. Has anyone else been told otherwise? I'm trying to save some $$$ by finishing the rest of my prereqs at my local community college. Thanks for the help!

I'm a bit confused about what you're asking exactly. Are you still shooting for PA, or are you thinking about staying within the field of nursing, such as an RN or an NP?

Nursing schools do not care about where you take your pre-reqs.

As long as your credits transfer, it doesn't matter whether it was a 2-yr or 4-yr college.
I'm on the nursing track now, sorry I didn't make that clear before!
