Hello. I recently applied to nursing school at Linfield in Oregon and was wondering if anyone has a suggestion for an online class I can take to fulfill the nutrition requirement?

I took mine at Santa Monica College, based in SoCal. Hope this helps.

Hi - I took my nutrition class online through Brigham Young University's independent study, www.byu.edu. The course title is NDFS 100. You have 1 year to complete it. But for any online class that's not with the school you plan to attend, just make sure they will accept it before you take it.
