I don't know what part of the country you live in but in the north east there are a few universities who have hybrid classes and online classes. University of Massachusetts and Rivier University to name a few. While overall GPA is a consideration, most often you will not receive a transfer credit for nursing classes with less than a final grade of B, for elective courses usually a grade of C or better is able to be used as transfer credit.Thanks. That would be a lot of schools to look at lol. But I'm seeing if anyone could at least name a few that they know of.
I'm going to echo the "what geographic location question" as there are a LOT of programs. In my experience the public community colleges I applied to looked primarily at pre-req GPA and HESI/TEAS test scores for the LPN and RN programs, though some gave extra points for CNA certification or volunteer experience and the BSN/University programs were more likely to take a holistic approach of looking at GPA in prior degrees, work experience etc. So I'd start by investigating requirements at local community colleges.

Does any one know of any programs that only look at pre req grades only in comparison to overall gpa? Specifically LPN to RN programs or accelerated programs.
