I ordered my books Thursday, $547.00 worth. First off, there was a book missing from the list for the fall of 2008 and i clicked the "add all" button. Thankgod I checked the list and made sure all the books were in stock. So I then added the Memmler's book seperately along with another book that was suggested but not required.I also sent an email to the company to tell them that the list was missing a book, because Im sure some people didnt check the list, like the ones that didnt go to orientation or didnt have their book likst on hand. But unfortunately it doesnt end there. I get a confirmation email that says my books are on there way. Except for the book I added on seperatly that was missing, which the invoice had shown it was never even added onto my list and on top of that a book was on hold until 9/15/08, even though it was still showing it was ins tock. SO I call and have all my problems fixed, cancelled the back ordered book since I need it September 3 and Im not jeopardizing my grades. SO I go to amazon to order that book, no biggy. But low and behold I just checked my new invoice and it says that I have to pay another shipping charge because it was ordered seperately....why would I write an email to the company saying that they were missing a book and I was ordering it, buti was letting them know just incase we really didnt need it. Its not a lot of m oney, just the point....that company is really aggrivating me. Like they didnt even call me to let me know the book was backordered they were just gonna send the rest out and on there own time, send me the other one! I know its not there responsibility to personally call me but the message was at the bottom of the page, which i just happened to see because the mouseon my laptop is sensitive. They could have really screwwed me up and they dont think its a big deal....thanks for listening I just had to get it out!:argue:

Sorry about all the trouble your having. $547 doesn't sound that bad. My books cost over 900 for the first semester of nursing school.

Did you try to order them ALL thru amazon? just copy down the isbn numbers and search amazon for good uses prices. I saved over 100 dollars this last quarter.

half.com and valorebooks.com (or something like that) has great prices on new and used books. Usually they are very good about shipping and it is just great to have some options!!!

sorry you are having so much trouble with the company :(

I hope you are able to get it sorted out soon.
