possible traveling positions in MT?

My husband is a PT, and I am an RN, BSN. We want to take travel assignments in MTto get acquainted with that state. We noticed that licensure is a bit pricey, and not many jobs are posted for MT. Are that really that few jobs for an ICU nurse and PT, or what? Also, am I correct that MT has a strong unionized nursing base? If so, how does that jive with being a traveler there? Any comments will be helpful...cheers!:specs:
