Possible moving advice

Sorry if this is in the wrong spot. I need some advice on possible locations to relocate to. I currently live in Texas, but I've always hated the weather here. I'm looking for a town/city that has:

4 seasons

A good job market

Affordable housing market

Family friendly (especially good schools)

I love Colorado and Washington, but neither of those places have particularly affordable housing in the good school districts.

Does anyone have any places they really love that might meet these criteria?

Indiana! I own a 1600sf house in a nice subdivision under $140k. Great job market. Decent schools. And def four seasons.
