positive drug test

What happens to an RN who has a positive random drug test but is not an addict in 2017? What to do?

The attorney general called me and gave me a date and time to go in front of the BON. I was not smart ( honestly bc I wasn't aware of anyone in this situation) and did not enroll in our states program. The BON told me to enroll and suspended my license for 90 days! I wish I knew about about the programs for nurses!

Yes all failed test must be reported to BON
