New grad, limited experience, observation/tele unit, $26/HR. 13% shift diff. Highest pay in southern Ohio (90 minute radius from my house). There is a community hospital down my street that pays $19/HR starting pay.

Bonus time is coming and most of my coworkers get ~$3.50 raises per hour. I'm not sure where I will be when it comes to that, but I have friends with 1 yr experience making $30+

$33.50 hr base, $3-5 shift differentials for nights and weekends

No previous HC exp

2) $26.50 base, $27.50 night shift. LOTS of overtime.
