Just wondering. Our facility is switching to Point Click Care MDS software and are just wondering who out there has it and how do you like it? I'm so glad we are switching. We had Med Easy which is terrible and I understand they are closing. Just let me know what you think and if you had to go through a transition from another program how did that go?
Thanks

we switched over to PCC over a year ago. Not bad, really nice in many ways, as you will see. The biggest complaint is the enormouse(!!) amount of redundant, repetitieve and re-ocurring forms, otherwise known as UDA's.(LOL.. trying to get my point made, here!!) A nightmare. BUT you wil get used to it and you will like many many aspects, such as all the chart in one place that is easy to access, fairly user friendly with navigation and to enter info. All in all, I like it and it has sinplified much of my work. PCC is much better than my old program. The change over 3 months is kinda a pain with some dupication required, but its just 3 months and it may be different with your current program. Best wishes!

My corporation uses PCC as well. I think it's easy to navigate, but my experience is somewhat limited with different programs, admitedly!
One more question about PCC. Not saying that I would ;-), but if someone needed to go in a day or two after a comprehensive assessment has been locked/transmitted are you still able to go into that CAA and write it if needed?
once its locked and transmitted its over ! BUT if not transmitted, you can make changes all you want!
Thanks for the info!

I find it very user friendly. It's pretty easy to get going on it.

How do I accept a transmission once the batch is submitted?
