Hi! Doing some research for a family member. Wanted to check in with anyone else that is applying to the program or has in the past. 

Yes, good luck to everyone!  I am anxious to hear back!  I am guessing it will be like last year where people started hearing back sometime in February. 

@Kai1819  thats awesome that you got an early acceptance, assuming its because you applied early back in Oct.  Did you apply anywhere else or is this your top choice?

Yea I was surprised, if I had to guess it was because I applied right when it opened? I have no idea LOL. I applied to OHSU too, but PLU was my first choice. What about you?

Well good for you for getting it done early - it paid off haha.  I only applied to PLU since I need to stay local and PLU is the only school in WA that offers this ELMSN program.  I probably should have also applied for some BSN/ABSN programs, but I still need to take that organic biochem class that I think all of the BSN programs require as a pre-req.  I would really like to not take that class LOL.

Haha I looked at all the programs that did not require Chemistry too, I really didn't want to have to take more prereqs if I didn't have too. Most did, the only one close-ish that didn't need it was the ABSN at OHSU.

I got accepted on Jan 10 for the Summer 2022 cohort. I will most likely not be attending if I get into a school closer to home! Good luck

Congrats @T P!  Did you apply pretty early on before the priority deadline?  @nursegal, did you also apply to PLU or just St. Martins?  Any idea when you might hear back from St. Martin's?  Good luck!  

Has anyone else heard anything, or had any communication with them recently regarding timelines?  I am anxiously waiting.  Every time I hear the email notification on my phone, I get a little excited ? .

I emailed them last week. They said they had a large number of applicants and they hoped to be sending out letters sometime soon.

Seems like a pretty generic answer to me. Considering that at the information session I attended before the Dec. 1 deadline, they said that they hadn’t seen that many applications come in.
