PLU, ELMSN-PACIFIC LUTHERAN University 2022

Hi! Doing some research for a family member. Wanted to check in with anyone else that is applying to the program or has in the past. 

@Rjmetzker thank you! not sure if I can afford PLU, and honestly, not sure if I really need an MSN at this point. I have 2 weeks to decide.

@ashost52, what email address did your acceptance notification come form, just so we know what to look out for one way or another.  I am assuming it is from the gradadmission email?  Thanks!

@Rjmetzker yes, their gradadmission email. weird that it went to my spam since I'd received emails from that address before, and they were going through.

Just checked my spam folder and apparently, I got into in 2 weeks ago!  LOL, I'm moving up from LA.

Well I'm starting to lose hope because I have heard nothing LOL. I wish there were more programs like this in WA, I would rather not move away from home! Congratulations to everyone who has got in so far and goodluck in the program!

@ashost52, I have not heard back from them yet, but the communication I have received from them has gone to both my primary and promotion folders.  Seems like a lot of others are experiencing the same thing.  

@tochtli, Congrats on getting accepted, that awesome!   

@cdahl13, I totally agree with you!  I think we still have some time, so try not to loose all hope!  Maybe we will both get some good news this week!  Good luck!

I applied to the BSN program 2022-2023 and can’t find a group/discussion for it.

Hi @Katyapz - looks like the discussion has not been started for the 2022 BSN class yet.  I applied to the ELMSN but also planning on applying to the BSN program by the end of this month.  
 

Another week has gone by with nothing from grad admissions ?.  Has anyone else heard anything, good or bad news?

Nope. At this point, it would be nice to just get the letter that confirms my suspicions. Haha sigh..

I have decided to move forward with another school. PLU was my dream program and #1 choice, but I've come to realization that I don't quite need a Masters degree just yet, and it would be unwise to invest so much time and money towards it. I will be letting them know soon, and hope whoever ended up on a waitlist will get a chance with this extra spot. Good luck to you guys!
