2014 PLU applicants?

Anyone applying to PLU this year? I'm also applying to UW in Seattle, will be my 1st time applying to PLU, anyone have any tips or advice? Not sure how the application process for them works.

Still waiting on any sort of letter from PLU. I was hoping after reading that a few of you had heard from the program that I would hear last week. Here's to hovering at my mailbox everyday again this week!

Sent it in before November 15th, the priority deadline and had an e-mail confirmation that all of my material had been received. I am still finishing up my undergraduate degree at EWU, so maybe it has something to do with that? Just getting a little antsy!

The acceptance packet said that we had to accept or deny the offer by Feb 19th but today I got an email stating today was the deadline? I'm not really sure, I called admissions and they said something must have been wrong and that definitely didn't make sense that it was so soon. Well anyways I sent everything in so I'm assuming you will hear something soon. It's good you haven't heard anything because I know some people got rejection letters from them already, so you definitely still have a chance!!!

You totally still have a chance! I hope you hear soon. It's so nerve racking! Did you apply anywhere else? Drenz4, I noticed that too. It said somewhere in the packet that we had 3 weeks from the post-marked date to return it and then it said February 10th somewhere else. I was scrambling to get it in right away. Did you accept then? Are you still waiting on SU?

Hmarie12, I did accept it! I still am waiting on SU but I knew we wouldn't find out in time. I would rather lose the $300 if I get into/decide to go to SU then not have a spot at PLU. I'm really torn between the two programs. I applied for a few other schools but SU and PLU were my top choices. What about you? Did you accept PLU as well? I received an email from carol this morning saying it was a mix up with the dates and that I could wait to pay the deposit on the 19th.

Woo!! :) That's exciting!! I totally understand that, I would have done the same in your position. The packet was confusing in regards to the deadline! Since it was my first choice program, I accepted the offer right away. UW was my second choice, but I didn't have the pre-reqs to apply this year. When do you find out about SU?

Hi all, this is my first post on here but I received the news that I got accepted! Well I actually heard over a week ago but I formally accepted. I'm actually also waiting to hear from SU though. Hmarie12 and Drenz4- I guess we may be classmates!
