Pls. be careful in choosing travel agencies

I have received a report that there are certain travel agencies that do not do what they promised to do such as properly book their client's accommodations.

Make sure when choosing one that it has a good reputation and if you visit their office and see former clients complaining about something, do take this as a cue that you will have trouble w/ them.

Also, it doesn't mean that since they advertise on reliable Newspapers that they are reliable as well.

Timely reminders considering I myself will be taking the exam coming March and up to now, I'm still having concerns over where to book considering there are a number online booking or travel agencies out there.

There are alot of advertise travel agencies in newspapers are not realiable to choose not just because of the difference on the price of their travel package of what they have print on newspapers and what they said when you call them.I said these because im one of their victim. I already paid my travel ticket and hotel accomodation for nclex exam in hongkong but the worst thing that happend is that I did not receive all what I purchased to them.AT first they give me the wrong schedule for me to arrive in honkong in my hotel ticket but when I asked for my refund because of their stupidity in making booking for my important exam of my life (Nclex), I have wait for long a more than a month and until the day of my exam last dec.They did not give the refund.It ends that I file compaint with my attorney and noticed that they dont have no business permits to operate.Until now Im waiting for what will happend to the complaint I filed in city hall.Sadly I reschedule my exam these march.Hoping that eventhough these had happened to me I can still pass the nclex exam.

p.S. for me it is more safe not to have a travel agency.coz at end I was able to make my travel package to the airline company itself they also offer hotel bookings.I have now my tickets for my upcoming nclex this march in hongkong.
