I am trying to get in to a medication aide class that starts next week. I called Monday to see if there were any spots left and I was told just one. When I called back a little while ago (I had to get some things figured out to make sure I could afford it) the woman told me that the spot was filled and she would have to talk to the instructor to see if s/he would take one more, because the classes get overwhelming when there are too many students.
So now I am waiting for a return phone call.
I have so many people that are supporting me on this. Several friends/co-workers have offered to even help with gas money since the class is about an hours drive from where I live. What the instructor says decides whether or not I get in. CMA jobs on day shift are not open very often at my facility and one will be opening up a few weeks after I get my certification.
I would appreciate it if you guys say even a quick prayer for me. It's in God's hand now and all I can do is hand it over to Him.

The woman I spoke with on the phone was the same that helped me when I got there. She said another girl had come in about 20 minutes before I got there and wanted to enroll. She was driving from farther away than I am! She said since I called first, she gave me the spot and this girl is on the waiting list. It would have been very close if I hadn't called when I did! I feel bad for her; I was in that very position yesterday...

Seems like there's been one every time I've tried taking another step ahead! You're exactly right! But if you want it bad enough, and it's in The Plan, then it will work out in the end!
