What have you figured out??? Give us your rationale, then go from there....
Question one: what do your know about comparison of vitals signs from sit to stand?
Question two: what are the "common equivalents" seen in facility milk cartons? Juices?
Question three: matter of simple math...total amount of fluids in eight hours remaining amount from the start of the shift?
Question four: what do you know about best practice on fluid restriction?
What other resources are you using?

For question one your answer is in the question...... an_____mmHg. The use of the word an should tell you which one.
Which is correct an increase of 5 or a drop of 20
2) How many ounces is in a cup? How many ml is in an ounce? Now add them together.
3) if your IV is going at 74ml/hr and it is infusing for 8 hours...how many ml's has infused? Now take that amount and subtract it from your total IVF available from the beginning of the shift.
4) when would your patient usually have the largest po intake? whne they ar eawake or asleep?
Look at your questions....think them through....don't let the extraneous (extra) in formation confuse you.
