nowim clean 296 Posts Apr 10, 2014 So a person can test positive for pot and not have any restrictions placed on them, but a nurse in NC gets a dui and they are in a 3 year program with narc restrictions for a year, and no time counts until you start work. Guess things changed since 2011 when I was entered into the program. No you working or not working has nothing to do with the amount of times you're tested, but if I didn't have restrictions I'd have a job somewhere in NC and get those 12 months behind me so the tests would stop. But that's just me.
