Hi everyone
Im doing a project in pharmacology and its due next week.... we were told
that we have to find medicines that are within the group of
a.) Anti TB
b.) anti - leprosy
c.) Drugs to treat UTI
d.) ARB or angiotensin II receptor blockers
I need some samples of medicines and also all their information like their, "mode of action" "adverse effects and etc....
im doing my project now but i need more references/examples....

What information do you have so far and what are you having difficulties finding? It shouldn't be a problem to find any information on those classes of drugs with a drug book.

Yup, there was a whole TB catagory in my drug book. The thing to remember about TB is that it's treated with a laundry list of drugs to prevent TB resistant strains of the virus from developing.
Sulfa drugs are also used to treat UTI's because they concentrate well in the urine, Cipro is an alternative when you are allergic to Sulfa (like me).
I can't help you with the other two b/c we haven't covered those yet.
A good drug book is a MUST. :)
