No one here is going to do this assignment for you. I think you will find the idea is that you actually do some research NOT rely on what you can "think of".
I suggest you get out your assessment handbook. For every body system they list what you need. If you do not have a handbook try you med-surg text.

your eyes, ears, and nose (somethings are detected with just simply looking, hearing or smelling)
I won't do your homework for you but I will make a suggestion to how you can get more..think about all the times YOU had a physical. What did the doctor and nurse use during that?

wow sounds like a stretch to come up with so many unless they also meant chairs and tables and stuff. i dont think i could come up with 15. but here's hint for a few more: assess the eyes, ears (hearing and conduction and eardrum), reflexes, skin sensations, vital signs...um 15 rly?
If you thought about it you could come up with tons.
I came up with another 7 without even really thinking about it. Its not that hard and it is do-able. Some of the things although not a highly specialized tools is still a tool used in physicals. Can you say aaaaahhhhhh

Thread moved to the Nursing Student Assistance thread and retitled so that the OP might get the answers for which he/she is looking.

Sweet of you to respond but we usually try not to do people's homework/assignments for them.
