Published

hi to all! :)

i'm a newbie so please understand  my friend told me this allnurses.com site and just get curious and tried it out,

im a graduate of bsn last 2006. ive practice my profession for 6months after i graduated. i use to be a psychiatric nurse... and then i work as a medical representative for 2years, because of financial problem. and then i used to work on a call center, so i think i forgot that i am a nurse :crying2: and now i decided to take nclex exam, but i am so afraid because its been 4yrs since i graduated and so afraid not to remember on my past lectures and clinical practices. i think ill be having a hard time on my review to remember everything and understand.

can somebody help what can i do so that i can cope up easily on my lessons, and where shall i start? do i need to go back on my anatomy days?? lol. :crying2:

I suggest taking a review class such as, Kaplan or Hurst. Saunders is a good comprehensive review book. They also have a book with just questions.

The NCLEX forum will have much more information.

Consider starting with an online or in person review. Get one or more review books to study after you have finished the review course. Give yourself enough time to be thorough in your preparation and you will be ok.

practice as many questions a day,,but never do more than 100 a day!!! find out what ur weak point is and go from there..

Some colleges have RN refresher courses, maybe take that and Kaplan is very good as well.

thanks for the replies. i am currently enrolled in kaplan. ohh how i wish i can make it. :crying2:
