Downey is offering : DOU, Float Pool, ICU  and Med/Surg

and 

Good Samaritan is offering: 

Acute Rehab Unit, CVDOU, DOU, Med/Surg Respiratory, Med/Surg Orthopedics

and Transitional Care Unit.

I got the questionnaire as well! I've never applied before so not sure if it's something we all get!

Same here ... only Good Samaritan questionnaire, I think they send them to everyone that applied

I got the Downey on 12/15 (due on the 19th). I don't think the questionnaries are a big deal, I think everyone who applies get one. There's still plenty of time, so chances are you'll get one.

I got it too, from Good Samaritan. But nothing from Downey or Whittier yet.
