and 

Good Samaritan is offering: 

Acute Rehab Unit, CVDOU, DOU, Med/Surg Respiratory, Med/Surg Orthopedics

and Transitional Care Unit.

it's a questionnaire they send all applicants asking you to list your 1st and 2nd choice of units, your healthcare background, and certifications. things like that I believe
