Does anyone have any insight on the PIH hospital system?

I applied as a new grad and I just got a call back from TELE but im wondering what the culture is like at PIH Downey and PIH Whitter..and if anyone has started there as a new grad and how was it?

Hey! I cannot tell you how it is but congrats! I have been trying to get in contact with the recruiter to find out if I should re-submit my application with updated CA RN and PALS + ACLS certifications but have been unable to reach the person who contacted me for preferred shifts.

Did they interview you or just contact you with the offer? If they get back to me, I'll try and get some more insight into the culture at the locations and keep you posted!

Has anyone heard back for an interview for PIH Downey?

I know PIH Whittier has already sent some offers but I haven't heard anything from Downey except for an email asking my unit and shift preferences.

Hi, 

I got an offer from PIH Good Samaritan in LA. I know two of my previous classmates that work there and say culture is great. People are nice. When I interviewed the managers were so welcoming and friendly. I got an offer for NICU btw. Good luck

Hey! Did you ever find out who to contact or were you able to update your application at all? I'm in the same boat with trying to update some of my certifications since I applied back in May.

perhaps you need to reapply? im not sure how you would update an existing application. It seems like they were interviewing last week for the august cohort. I just accepted a position at Whittier for an august start date. things are moving fairly quickly
